ELEVIO VENTURE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. OVERVIEW

This is a shared-risk, shared-reward partnership designed to foster the growth of innovative business ideas between Elevio Marketing (Pvt) Ltd and the Partner.

2. DEVELOPMENT COST INVESTMENT

  • Shared Investment: Elevio will absorb 50% of the total development cost (Software, Web, or App) as a technical investment.
  • Partner Contribution: The Partner is responsible for the remaining 50%, payable according to agreed milestones.

3. MARKETING & ADVERTISING

  • Elevio's Role: Provide professional Digital Marketing and Growth Strategy services.
  • Ad Spend: All direct costs related to paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok) are the sole responsibility of the Partner.

4. EQUITY & REVENUE SHARING

  • Equity: Elevio will hold a percentage of Equity (10% - 35%) based on project scale.
  • Profit Sharing: Partner agrees to share a percentage of Monthly Net Profit.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)

All code/assets remain under joint ownership until terms are met or a buyout occurs.
